Individual Contract Compliance. All individual employee contracts shall be subject to and consistent with Washington State Law. Terms and conditions negotiated as a part of this comprehensive Agreement shall accrue to the individual certificated staff member. The Board or the Camas Education Association shall not engage in or assist in any unfair labor practice.
