Common use of INDIVIDUAL LEAVE BANK Clause in Contracts

INDIVIDUAL LEAVE BANK. Each employee will be provided 10 days at the beginning of the school year an individual leave bank. Days in this bank may be used for personal illness, family illness, personal business (maximum of two per year) and the funeral of a non-immediate family member. While an employee is using days from their Individual Leave Bank they will be paid their regular rate of pay.
