Common use of Individual Vacancy Clause in Contracts

Individual Vacancy. In the event that the posting is for an individual vacancy, it will be posted within fourteen (14) days of the vacancy. All necessary details relevant to the vacancy shall be included in the notice including (but not limited to) date posted, closing date and shift rotation.
