Common use of Industrial Disability or Death in Line of Duty Survivors Clause in Contracts

Industrial Disability or Death in Line of Duty Survivors. Retirees who receive industrial disability pensions or death in-line-of-duty survivors shall be entitled to one hundred percent (100%) of the City retiree insurance contribution for retirees regardless of years of service.
