Inform Members of the Program Benefits. Members have a right to request any covered service, whether or not the service has been recommended as necessary or appropriate by a professional or the interdisciplinary team responsible for coordinating their care. The PO will inform members of the full range of services in the program benefits appropriate for their level of care. The PO will provide a range of services to meet the needs and outcomes of its members, as identified in the member-centered planning process (described in Article V.C.).

Where such leave is granted, the employer will replace the employee as necessary. Costs arising from this provision will not be charged against the program area of the participating employee.
