Common use of Informal Grievance Conference Clause in Contracts

Informal Grievance Conference. An attempt will be made to resolve the grievance by an informal conference between the employee and the employee's immediate supervisor with the objective of resolving the matter through informal conference. If the employee desires representation, a CEU representative will be present.
