(a) Once the Formal Vacation Scheduling Process as described in Clause 26.05 above has been completed in each calendar year, employees wanting to redeem vacation days and/or bank days at any time thereafter can attempt to secure the desired time off work, subject to approval by the Employer, ona “first come, first served” bases taking into account the bona fide operation requirements of the Employer.
