Information and Disputes. A. Within ten (10) days after the end of each calendar month, the Board will submit to the Union a list of all employees who are newly hired into unit positions during the previous month. B. Any dispute between the Union and the Board as to the meaning or application of Article II, Section 2.15 of the Agreement or as to this Addendum or as to the administration or the representation fee will constitute a grievance within the meaning of the grievance procedure in Article 4 of this Agreement, and will be processed accordingly. However, any dispute or protest by an employee who is required to pay a representation fee shall be handled between the protesting employee and the Union in a manner described in paragraph 7 of this Addendum.
