For a Professional Account Holder: - for natural persons: • their surname, first name, email address, date of birth, nationality and country of residence. • an original or a copy of an extract from the official register, dated less than three (3) months ago, establishing the registration as a trader or in the national register of trades or any other professional body to which the Account Holder belongs. • a copy of a valid official identity document of the Account Holder (e.g., identity card, driving licence and, for non-EU nationals, a passport). - for legal persons: • their name, type of organisation, capital, the address of their registered office, the description of their activity, the identity of the partners and corporate managers, as well as the list of beneficial owners as defined by the regulations, • a Kbis extract (Certificate of Incorporation) or an equivalent document less than three (3) months old justifying its registration with the Commercial and Companies Registry of a Member State of the European Union or of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or of a third country imposing equivalent obligations regarding the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and its articles of association.
