Information Concerning Members. The University shall make available, within sixty (60) days of the signing of the Agreement and subsequently within sixty (60) days of each July 1st during the term of the Agreement, a list stating the name, rank, status, amount of dues deducted and date of initial appointment of each of the academic staff members within the bargaining unit. The parties agree that members shall respond to reasonable requests for information from University officers.
