The parties agree to meet to re-negotiate any Article or part thereof invalidated by judicial or legislative act. SALARIES AND OTHER BENEFITS. A. Salaries - Salary schedules are annexed hereto for each year of the Agreement. B. 1. Maintenance Men Overtime Pay - Time and one-hall the employee's regular rate of pay will be paid after forty (40) hours. Call-in time for maintenance men shall be for a minimum of three and one-half (3 1/2) hours. Overtime shall be reported and computed to the nearest fifteen- (15) minutes.

SALARIES AND OTHER BENEFITS. 26:01 Rates of Pay for Part-time Members 26:02 Six (6) credit courses shall be compensated at twice the rate of three (3) credit courses. Courses that are defined by the University Calendar as less than the equivalent of three (3) credit, and courses that are team-taught, shall be compensated on a pro rated basis. 26:03 A non-refundable retainer fee of 10% of the base rate shall be paid to the member on the next regular pay period following acceptance to teach the course offered. This retainer fee counts as part of the total salary for the course. 26:04 When scheduled Fine Arts courses and Music courses may otherwise have to be cancelled, Members may, if they choose, agree to teach a course for an amount less than the sessional or teaching adjunct stipend. This amount shall be equal to at least the stipend for the course divided by eight (8) and multiplied by the number of students enrolled in the course at the time the course starts.
