Information for the Union. The Employer shall provide the Union, in electronic format, the same electronic spreadsheet provided to the PSAC under Article 4.01(c), by copying the Union on the Employer’s e-mails to PSAC. Other information may be added by mutual agreement of the Parties. The confidentiality of individual data shall be respected by the Union and shall not be shared with third parties.
