Information Import Requirements at Termination. Within one (1) Day of notification of termination of this Contract, the Contractor must provide County with a complete, portable, and secure copy of all County Information, including all schema and transformation definitions and/or delimited text files with documented, detailed schema definitions along with attachments in a format to be determined by County upon termination.

Within one (1) Day of notification of termination of this Contract/Agreement, the Contractor/Business Associate shall provide the County with a complete and secure copy of all County Information suitable for import into commercially available database software (e.g. MS-SQL), such as XML format, including all schema and transformation definitions and/or delimited text files with documented, detailed schema definitions along with attachments in their native format. These files will be comprised of data contained in the Contractor/Business Associate’s system. The structure of the relational database will be specific to the data and will not be representative of the proprietary Contractor/Business Associate database.
