Information in Spanish. In the event that the products commercialized by the Seller are imported, the description of the product in the Marketplace shall always be in Spanish. The above will also be required for the labeling of the product that is delivered to the Buyers, as well as for the manuals or assembly instructions that may be included. In the event that the Seller fails to comply with any of the obligations indicated in a) to d) above, Walmart Chile will interrupt indefinitely the publication of the non-compliant product until the non- compliance that gave way to the interruption has ceased. The preceding is without prejudice of the application of the penalties indicated in Annex VII of this document.
