INFORMATION ON THE PARTIES 4.1. The Group and the Tenant The principal activities of the Group are the operation and management of a network of department stores in the PRC. The Tenant is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company mainly participating in retail business.
COOPERATION ON FRAUD 25.1. The Parties agree that they shall cooperate with one another to investigate, minimize and take corrective action in cases of fraud. Business Contact Information Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request). For such purposes, and notwithstanding anything else set forth in the Agreement with respect to Client Personal Information in general, each party shall be considered a data controller with respect to the other party’s Business Contact Information and shall be entitled to transfer such information to any country where such party’s global organization operates. INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.
