Ingress and Egress to Premises. Lessee and Xxxxxx's Parties will have ingress and egress to the Premises by public ways used in common with other tenants and users of the Airport. County may, from time to time, substitute other suitable means of ingress and egress. The determination of suitability shall be in County's sole discretion.

Ingress and Egress to Premises. The City shall provide ingress and egress, for foot, vehicular, and boat traffic to and from the Premises uninterrupted at the level presently provided. The present level of ingress and egress recognizes the fact that there are at times temporary suspensions of ingress and egress for construction projects, the Race Event described in paragraph 70, or other special events, including but not limited to City authorized events. The number and duration of such interruptions will be determined by the City in its sole and absolute discretion. If ingress and egress to the Premises is unavailable for a period of ten (10) consecutive days for any reasons not specified in this subparagraph 31.B or in paragraph 69, resulting in a documented reduction of monies received from Retail Sale Items or Other Sale Items, the City and Lessee will meet within ten (10) business days after a request from Lessee to meet with the City to review the documentation and discuss a potential amendment to the Lease.

In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Utility Easements 2.1 Some properties may at the discretion of the Developer be subject to easements in favour of suppliers of water, power, gas, telephone, internet and wastewater utilities and services, including SaskPower for location of a transformer and SaskTel. The Property Owner acknowledges that the location of any transformer and which lots will be affected by any such easements, will not be known until such utility and service providers complete their design work and the Developer has negotiated the terms and conditions thereof. The Property Owner further specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Property may be subject to any such easement, and that the same shall not affect or result in a decrease or abatement of the purchase price of the Property.

  • Rights of Ingress and Egress The rights of ingress to, and egress from, Government facilities for the Contractor's personnel must be specified in the task order. Specific federally-controlled facilities or those areas located within a given facility may have additional security clearance requirements must be specified in the task order. Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, shall have in their possession, at all times while working, the specific Government identification credential issued by the Government. The identification credential shall be displayed and be visible at all times while on Government property. During all operations on Government premises, the Contractor's personnel shall comply with the rules and regulations governing the facility access policies and the conduct of personnel. The Government reserves the right to require Contractor personnel to "sign-in" upon entry and "sign-out" upon departure from the Government facilities. The Contactor shall be responsible for ensuring that all identification credentials are returned to the issuing agency whenever contract employees leave the contract, when the task order has been completed, employees leave the company, or employees are dismissed or terminated. The Contractor shall notify the issuing agency whenever employee badges are lost.

  • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
