Inherently Dangerous Applications. The IC Design and IC Design File are not designed or authorized for use in the manufacture of Products for use in life support appliances, devices, or systems where malfunction of a Product can reasonably be expected to result in a personal injury or for use in aviation, nuclear or any other inherently dangerous application. ST and its customers using or selling Products for use in such applications do so at their own risk.
Inherently Dangerous Applications. The Internet Data Center are not intended nor provided for use in connection with, and Customer will not use them for, any nuclear, aviation, mass transit, life-support, or any other inherently dangerous applications or services, the failure of which could result in death, personal injury, catastrophic damage, or mass destruction.

The LICENSED PRODUCT is not specifically developed or licensed for use in the planning, construction, maintenance, operation or other use of any nuclear facility, or for the flight, navigation or communication of aircraft or ground support equipment, or for military use, medical use or in any other inherently dangerous activity. Licensee agrees that MoSys shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs or liabilities arising from such use if Licensee, its SUBSIDIARIES, or its/their distributors or customers use the LICENSED PRODUCT for such applications. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold MoSys harmless from any claims, losses, costs, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the LICENSED PRODUCT or LICENSED INTEGRATED CIRCUITS in any such applications.

NEC agrees to indemnify and hold MoSys harmless from any claims, losses, costs, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the LICENSED PRODUCT or HIGH DENSITY 1T-SRAM MEMORY in any such applications.
Inherently Dangerous Applications. The Products are not specifically developed, or licensed for use in any nuclear, aviation, mass transit, or medical application or in any other inherently dangerous applications. VAR agrees to notify each Sublicensee of this limitation. VAR agrees, and each Sublicensee shall agree, that Forte shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from VAR's or a Sublicensee's use of the Products for such applications. If VAR fails to notify Sublicensee of the limitations specified above, VAR agrees to indemnify and hold Forte harmless from any claims for losses, costs, damages, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Products in such applications.
Inherently Dangerous Applications. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Related Data Center Services are not intended, nor provided by Lessor, for use in connection with, and Customer will not use them for, any nuclear, aviation, mass transit, life-support, telemedicine, or other inherently life-critical applications or services, the failure of which could result in death, personal injury, catastrophic damage or mass destruction.
Inherently Dangerous Applications. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS OR FOR USE IN AVIATION, NUCLEAR OR ANY OTHER INHERENTLY DANGEROUS APPLICATION WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF IWAV. LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS ARE THOSE WHICH ARE INTENDED TO SUPPORT OR SUSTAIN LIFE AND WHOSE FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT INJURY TO THE USER. CRITICAL COMPONENTS ARE THOSE COMPONENTS WHOSE FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO CAUSE FAILURE OF A LIFE SUPPORT DEVICE OR SYSTEM OR AFFECT ITS SAFETY OR EFFECTIVENESS.

Licensee shall notify each distributor and customer of Licensee of such limitation of use of the Licensed Products and Licensed Integrated Circuits. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Artisan Components harmless from any claims, losses, costs, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Licensed Programs or Licensed Integrated Circuits in any such applications.
Inherently Dangerous Applications. Licensee acknowledges and understands that the Software Products are not specifically developed or licensed for use in any nuclear, aviation, mass transit or medical application or in any other inherently dangerous application, except as otherwise may be indicated on the Order Form.
