• Comprehensive Assessment an initial and ongoing part of the member-centered planning process employed by the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to identify the member’s outcomes and the services and supports needed to help support those outcomes. It includes an ongoing process of using the knowledge and expertise of the member and caregivers to collect information about:

• Data Protection Impact Assessments Xxxx shall provide reasonable assistance to Client with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with a Supervisory Authority, required under Data Protection Laws, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, Xxxx.

• Cooperation on forestry matters and environmental protection 1. The aims of cooperation on forestry matters and environmental protection will be, but not limited to, as follows: (a) establishing bilateral cooperation relations in the forestry sector; (b) developing a training program and studies for sustainable management of forests; (c) improving the rehabilitation and sustainable management of forest with the aim of increasing carbon sinks and reduce the impact of climate change in the Asia-Pacific region; (d) cooperating on the execution of national projects, aimed at: improving the management of forest plantations for its transformation for industrial purposes and environmental protection; (e) elaborating studies on sustainable use of timber; (f) developing new technologies for the transformation and processing of timber and non-timber species; and (g) improving cooperation in agro-forestry technologies. 2. To achieve the objectives of the Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties may focus, as a means of cooperation and negotiations on concluding a bilateral agreement on forestry cooperation between the two Parties. Such collaboration will be as follows: (a) exchanges on science and technology as well as policies and laws relating the sustainable use of forest resources; (b) cooperation in training programs, internships, exchange of experts and projects advisory; (c) advice and technical assistance to public institutions and organizations of the Parties on sustainable use of forest resources and environmental protection; (d) facilitating forest policy dialogue and technical cooperation under the Network of Sustainable Forest Management and Forest Rehabilitation in Asia- Pacific Region, initiated at the 15th Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Meeting; (e) encouraging joint studies, working visits, exchange of experiences, among others; and (f) others activities mutually agreed.

• Insurance and Fingerprint Requirements Information Insurance If applicable and your staff will be on TIPS member premises for delivery, training or installation etc. and/or with an automobile, you must carry automobile insurance as required by law. • INSURANCE AND PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Contractor understands and agrees that financial responsibility for claims or damages to any person, or to Contractor’s employees and agents, shall rest with the Contractor. Contractor and its subcontractors shall effect and maintain any insurance coverage, including, but not limited to, Workers’ Compensation, Employers’ Liability, General Liability, Contractual Liability, Automobile Liability and Umbrella Liability to support such financial obligations. The indemnification obligation, however, shall not be reduced in any way by existence or non-existence, limitation, amount or type of damages, compensation, or benefits payable under Workers’ Compensation laws or other insurance provisions. The minimum limits of insurance required of the Contractor by MPS shall be: Workers’ Compensation Statutory Limits Employers’ Liability $100,000 per occurrence General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate Auto Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence Umbrella (excess) Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence The Milwaukee Board of School Directors shall be named as an additional insured under Contractor’s and subcontractors’ general liability insurance and umbrella liability insurance. Evidence of all required insurances of Contractor shall be submitted electronically to MPS via its third party vendor, EXIGIS Risk Management Services. Waivers and exceptions to the above limits will be in the sole discretion of MPS and shall be recorded in the EXIGIS system, which records are incorporated into this Contract by reference. The certificate of insurance or policies of insurance evidencing all coverages shall include a statement that MPS shall be afforded a thirty (30) day written notice of cancellation, non-renewal or material change by any of Contractor’s insurers providing the coverages required by MPS for the duration of this Contract.

• Ergonomic Assessments At the request of the employee, the College will ensure that an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s work station is completed by a person trained by the Department of Labor and Industries or comparable trainer to conduct ergonomic assessments. Solutions to identified issues/concerns will be implemented within available resources.

• Data Protection Impact Assessment If, pursuant to Data Protection Law, Customer (or its Controllers) are required to perform a data protection impact assessment or prior consultation with a regulator, at Customer’s request, SAP will provide such documents as are generally available for the Cloud Service (for example, this DPA, the Agreement, audit reports or certifications). Any additional assistance shall be mutually agreed between the Parties.

• Risk Assessments a. Risk Assessment - Transfer Agent shall, at least annually, perform risk assessments that are designed to identify material threats (both internal and external) against Fund Data, the likelihood of those threats occurring and the impact of those threats upon the Transfer Agent organization to evaluate and analyze the appropriate level of information security safeguards (“Risk Assessments”).

• INDEMNIFICATION, INSURANCE AND PROTECTION OF PROPERTY The following provisions shall only apply if and to the extent Seller’s personnel enter or perform work at premises owned or controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer:

• General Requirements for Insurance Coverage and Policies A. All required insurance policies shall be maintained with companies that may lawfully issue the required policy and have an A.M. Best rating of at least A- / “VII” or a Standard and Poor’s rating of at least A, unless prior written approval is obtained from the City Law Department.
