SUBRECIPIENT shall work with businesses in the area to identify employment opportunities in companies that are willing to employ ex-offenders.   • Employment and Term The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby agrees to serve the Company on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
