Initial/Orientation Meeting. The evaluation team shall meet with the bargaining unit member being evaluated to discuss the purpose, criteria, procedures, and timelines for the evaluation. The team, with input from the bargaining unit member being evaluated, will identify colleagues who are in positions to comment on the evaluatee’s job performance. Team member orientations shall be held prior to or in conjunction with this meeting.
