Initial Placement on Full-Time Salary Schedule. 1. Placement: Subsequent to meeting the criteria at the top of the placement column, each year of full-time professional experience in the field for which being employed or directly related work experience shall be equal to one step on the salary schedule. Part-time experience shall be converted to the full-time equivalent. Documentation of work experience may be required. No more than one step shall be allowed for any 12-month period.
