Initial Rental Rate. From the commencement date of this Agreement, Lessee shall pay, in advance to SRA, the annual base rental rate of Eight Thousand, Seven Hundred, sixty-nine dollars and thirty-six cents ($8,769.36). The leased premises contain twelve hundred seventy four square feet(1274) square feet as identified in Exhibit “A” for an annual rental of $8,769.36 (or $730.78 per month).

Initial Rental Rate. For the initial term of this Agreement beginning on October 1, 2019 and ending on September 30, 2029, rent shall be waived in consideration of certain leasehold improvements to be made by Lessee in accordance with Article III.
Initial Rental Rate. The annual Initial Rental Rate (“Rental Rate”) shall be $60,000 payable in equal monthly installments of Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($5,000.00), for the first fifteen (15) years of the lease.

Commencing July 1st, 2018 the lease rate for the lease-hold improvement space of 399 sq/ft will increase as shown in attachement “A”.

  • RENTAL RATE 4. The Lessee shall pay rent to the Lessor for the premises at the following rate: $ per month Payment shall be made at the end of each month upon submission of properly executed vouchers.

Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.
