Common use of Initiation of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Initiation of Grievance. All grievances shall be presented as soon as practicable after the occurrence upon which the same is based, but in no event later than ten (10) days. Failure to submit a grievance in writing within such a period shall constitute a bar to further action thereon.
