Inpatient Hospitalization Costs. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for payment of all inpatient hospitalization costs. The CONTRACTOR is also required to provide sufficient security supervision for hospitalized inmates consistent with the requirements in FDC's procedures for External Inmate Transportation and Security.

Inpatient Hospitalization Costs. MTC shall be responsible for payment of all inpatient hospitalization costs. MTC is also required to provide sufficient security supervision for hospitalized inmates that are consistent with the requirements in FDC’s procedures for External Inmate Transportation and Security.

  • Medical Expenses 1. Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations. If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.

  • Medical/Dental Expense Account The Employer agrees to allow insurance eligible employees to participate in a medical and dental expense reimbursement program to cover co- payments, deductibles and other medical and dental expenses or expenses for services not covered by health or dental insurance on a pre-tax basis as permitted by law or regulation, up to the maximum amount of salary reduction contributions allowed per calendar year under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code or other applicable federal law.

  • Termination Costs If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3.1 above, the terminating Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Attachment Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the terminating Party under this Agreement.   • Outpatient If you receive dialysis services in a hospital's outpatient unit or in a dialysis facility, we cover the use of the treatment room, related supplies, solutions, drugs, and the use of the dialysis machine. In Your Home If you receive dialysis services in your home and the services are under the supervision of a hospital or outpatient facility dialysis program, we cover the purchase or rental (whichever is less, but never to exceed our allowance for purchase) of the dialysis machine, related supplies, solutions, drugs, and necessary installation costs. Related Exclusions If you receive dialysis services in your home, this agreement does NOT cover: • installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; • moving expenses for relocating the machine; • installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; or • training you or members of your family in the operation of the machine. This agreement does NOT cover dialysis services when received in a doctor’s office.

  • Covered Expenses Supervisors must have received prior authorization from their Appointing Authority before incurring any expenses authorized by this Article.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:
