Insofar as the Grant Recipient fails to bring forward the additional sites or support the cashflows referred to in clause 11.11.2 (Repayment of Allocated Grant Funding), within the period approved by Homes England, it must pay to Homes England a sum equivalent to the Site Grant received in respect of the relevant Site within ten (10) Business Days of demand together with interest at two per centum (2%) above the base rate from time to time of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc such interest to run from the date upon which the Allocated Grant Funding (or relevant part thereof) was first paid to the Grant Recipient in respect of such Site until the date upon which Homes England receives the payment required from the Grant Recipient under this clause 11.12 (Repayment of Allocated Grant Funding).
