Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire's cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 34.
Inspection and cure. 26.2.1 Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Engineer(s) shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and venue of such verification, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements.
Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days before Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days before the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Monitor[s] shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire of the time, date and venue of such verification, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Safety Requirements, Service Requirements and Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire‟s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Safety Requirements, Service Requirements and Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 35 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 34.
Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Effective Date of such Termination, the Authority shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 22.6 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 23.
Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days before Termination prior to the expiry of the Agreement but not later than 15 (fifteen) days before the effective date of such Termination, the Authority shall verify, after giving due notice to the Service Provider specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, of the Specialised Wagons/Xxxxx, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Service Provider’s cost for this purpose. The Service Provider shall at its own cost and expense, cure defaults if any, in the Specialised Wagons and the provisions of Article 23 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 22.
Inspection and cure. 30.3.1 Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days before Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days before the Appointed Date of such Termination, the Independent Monitor shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire of the time, date and venue of such verification, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Safety Requirements, Service Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme, Applicable Permits and Applicable Law, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire‟s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Safety Requirements, Service Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme, Applicable Permits and Applicable Law shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 32 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 31.
Inspection and cure. 18.2.1. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, KIIDC the Independent Engineer shall verify, after giving due notice to the DCO of the time, date and venue of such verification, compliance by the DCO with the maintenance requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the DCO’s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the maintenance requirements shall be cured by the DCO at its cost and the provisions of Article 5 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 19.
Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the Independent Consultant shall verify, after giving due notice to the Developer specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Developer with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Developer's cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Developer at its cost and the provisions of Defects Liability shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 20.

Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination or Expiry of Concession period but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the MCGM shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and place of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the Maintenance Requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire’s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the Maintenance Requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 18 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 18.

Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days prior to Termination or Expiry of the Contract Period but not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the effective date of such Termination, the NMMC shall verify, after giving due notice to the Concessionaire specifying the time, date and place of such verification and/or inspection, compliance by the Concessionaire with the maintenance requirements, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Concessionaire’s cost for this purpose. Defaults, if any, in the maintenance requirements shall be cured by the Concessionaire at its cost and the provisions of Article 17 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 18.
