Inspection of Items. Landlord reserves the right to inspect all objects and matter which violate any of these Rules and Regulations or the Lease of which this Exhibit is a part. Landlord may require any person leaving the Building with any package or other object or matter to submit a pass, listing such package or object or matter and the tenant from whose premises the package or object or matter is being removed, but the establishment and enlargement of such requirement shall not impose any responsibility on Landlord for the protection of any tenant against the removal of property from the premises of such tenant. Landlord shall in no way be liable to any tenant for damages or loss arising from the admission, exclusion or ejection of any person to or from the premises or the Building under the provisions of these Rules and Regulations or otherwise.

  • Location of Inventory Except as set forth in Schedule 4.25, the Inventory of Borrowers and their Subsidiaries is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule 4.25 to this Agreement (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).

  • Condition of Improvements The risk of destruction or substantial damage by fire or Act of God prior to delivery of deed is assumed by Seller. Xxxxxx agrees that on possession, the Real Estate shall be in the same condition as it is on the date of this contract, except for ordinary wear and tear. If the Real Estate should be damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty and if, prior to Closing, the real Estate shall not be repaired or restored by and at the Sellers expense, to a condition as good as it was prior to the damage or destruction, then Purchaser, at his option, may terminate this contract by written notice to Seller and the Down Payment Shall be returned to Purchaser. While this contract is pending, Sellers shall not change any existing lease or enter into any new lease, nor make any substantial alterations or repairs without the consent of the Purchaser. In addition, the Purchaser also has an insurable interest in the property from date of this contract. Purchaser is hereby notified that insurance should be placed upon the property immediately to protect Purchasers’ interest.

  • Construction of Improvements (A) Lessee warrants and agrees that the Building will be constructed on the Leased Premises, and all other improvements to the land, including the parking lot, approaches, and service areas, will be constructed in all material respects by Lessee substantially in accordance with the plot, plans, and specifications heretofore submitted to Lessor.

  • Administration of Inventory Borrower shall keep records of its and its Subsidiaries’ Inventory which records shall be complete and accurate and complete in all material respects. Borrower shall furnish to Agent Inventory reports concurrently with the delivery of each Borrowing Base Certificate described in subsection 8.1.4 or more frequently as requested by Agent, which reports will be in such other format and detail as Agent shall request and shall include a current list of all locations of Borrower’s Inventory. Borrower shall conduct a physical inventory no less frequently than annually and shall provide to Agent a report based on each such physical inventory promptly thereafter, together with such supporting information as Agent shall reasonably request.

  • Inspection of Agreement A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the principal corporate trust office of the Warrant Agent for inspection by the holder of any Warrant Certificate. The Warrant Agent may require such holder to submit his Warrant Certificate for inspection by it.
