Common use of Inspector’s Field Office Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall provide for the use of inspector a separate trailer or temporary private office of not less than seventy five square feet of floor area to be located as directed by District and to be maintained until removal is authorized by District. The Office shall be of substantial waterproof construction with adequate natural light and ventilation. Door shall have a key type lock or padlock hasp.
