Installation Cost Contribution. I agree to pay any installation cost contribution provided in the CUSTOMER LT CHARGES section below. I understand that I must pay this amount before Xcel Energy will install gas service. I LT understand Winter Construction Charges may apply if the facilities are installed between October 1 and April 15 but D Xcel Energy will waive Winter Construction Charges if prior to October 1 I am ready to accept service, I have N executed and returned this Agreement to Xcel Energy, and I have notified Xcel Energy in writing that the requirements of this Agreement have been fulfilled. I agree I am responsible to pay all installation costs in excess of normal installation costs incurred by Xcel Energy because of (i) delays caused by me; (2) soil conditions that impair the installation of facilities; (3) paving of sidewalks, streets, alleys, curbing, blacktop, paving, sod or other landscaping or obstructions along the intended service route, prior to installation of gas service; or (4) specific routes or preferred N locations of facilities made to accommodate my desires or needs.
Installation Cost Contribution. I agree to pay an installation cost contribution provided in the Customer Charges section below and as provided in the General Rules and Regulations and/or in the Rate Schedules of Xcel Energy’s Electric Rate Book for Customer’s specific service, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, on file with the state regulatory commission in the state where service is provided. I understand that I must pay this amount before Xcel Energy will install the electric service. I understand Winter Construction Charges may apply if I have not signed and returned this agreement and I have not forwarded my electrical inspection to Xcel Energy by October 1. I agree to pay Winter Construction Charges if Xcel Energy determines winter condition exists when the underground facilities are installed and I have not forwarded my electrical inspection to Xcel Energy by October 1.
Installation Cost Contribution. I agree to pay the standard installation cost of $300 which includes up to 100 feet of service line. Anything over 100 feet will be billed at $3.75 per foot. I understand that I must pay the standard installation amount of $300 before BLNG will install gas service and I will be billed for the remaining amount (if applicable) following installation (payable within 30 days). I understand that there is a base rate of $30 per month. Billing for the base rate charge will commence within 60 days of service and meter installation. I understand Winter Construction charges may apply if I have not signed and returned this contract to BLNG by October 1.
Installation Cost Contribution. Customer agrees to pay an installation cost contribution provided in Project Charges on page one. Customer is responsible for any additional installation costs incurred by Company because of (1) soil conditions that impair the installation of underground facilities, such as rock formations, etc., (2) extensive existing underground facilities, and (3) any existing conditions that exist but did not exist at the time the installation cost was determined, such as new sidewalks, curbing, black top, paving, sod or other landscaping and obstructions along the cable route.
