Installation Costs definition

Installation Costs means the costs of placing, installing and connecting sewer lines and mains between a home or multi- family dwelling and the adjacent street sewer lines, drains or other storm or sanitary sewer facilities of the municipality, and costs of providing financing for such placement, in- stallation and connection.
Installation Costs means any costs charged by us, our authorised contractors or a Wholesaler for connecting or installing the Services at your premises;

More Definitions of Installation Costs

Installation Costs means all costs actually incurred and paid by Developer to third parties for work performed for the Installation Work, as evidenced by invoices, receipts, contracts and such other evidence of payment and performance of the work as City may reasonably request. Installation Costs may only include all costs, expenses, fees and charges incurred and actually paid to contractors, engineers, surveyors, governmental agencies, and other third parties for materials, labor, design, engineering, surveying, site excavation and preparation, and other direct costs and expenses reasonably necessary for construction of the water line and sewer line, but excluding any general conditions and fees paid to Developer, attorney’s fees and any other indirect costs, expenses or fees.
