Installation Terms and Conditions. (1) The Supplier is obliged notify the Purchaser in writing and prior to the submission of the order, of certain installation requirements (in particular location, electricity supply, air conditioning and cable installation) as well as any other necessary cooperation on the part the Purchaser. The Supplier is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such instructions and is obliged to provide the necessary assistance and notify the Purchaser regarding the preparation of a specific site. In particular, it shall provide network schematics in the case of complex systems. (2) The Supplier shall be required to review whether the site is suitable for the installation of the system and, if there are any objections, it shall immediately notify them to the Purchaser, together with proposals for their remedy, in writing. After the remedy thereof, the inspection will be repeated. If the Supplier fails to inspect the premises, their suitability is considered accepted and the Supplier shall be responsible for any costs or damage caused.

Installation Terms and Conditions. Sections X through XII shall apply only to the purchase of hardware and installation of the PLC panel, however Section XIV through XXIX shall apply to all services. For and in consideration of the payments, agreements and conditions hereinafter mentioned, and under the conditions expressed in the bonds herein, ENGINEER xxxxxx agrees to complete the construction of improvements described as follows: in the City of Arlington, Texas, and all extra work in connection therewith, under the terms as stated in the latest revision of the STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATERWORKS & SEWERAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS, AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 97-124 OF THE ARLINGTON CITY each of which has been identified by the endorsement of the Contractor’s written proposal, these Special Provisions of the Standard Specifications, Special Specifications, and the payment, performance, and maintenance bonds hereto attached; all of which are made a part hereof and collectively evidence and constitute the contract.
Installation Terms and Conditions. The terms of this Schedule 1 shall apply to all Installation products licensed by Flexera Software to Licensee. Any terms not defined in this Schedule 1 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.   • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts.
