Common use of INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS. 1. In order to facilitate communication between the Parties for purposes of this Chapter, each Party shall designate a contact point within 180 days of the date of entry into force of this Agreement. Each Party shall notify the other Party, as soon as possible, of any changes to the contact point.
