INSTITUTIONAL STAFF DEVELOPMENT DAY. The parties recognize that mutual benefits accrue to the institution and its employees where the Employer and members of the bargaining unit are provided with opportunity to communicate regional or college-wide concerns that fall outside the purview of the collective agreement. Further, the parties acknowledge the need to encourage constructive dialogue in order to evaluate and address those concerns on an on-going basis.
