Common use of Instructional Framework Clause in Contracts

Instructional Framework. The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. Non-classroom teachers will be evaluated using the evaluation procedures previously agreed to or, when necessary, negotiated by the parties.
