Collegial Assistance. A probationary employee shall have the right to request an observation or other appropriate help from one (1) or more fellow employees during the probationary period for the purpose of obtaining constructive suggestions to overcome specific deficiency(ies). Release time for this purpose shall be granted by the District, upon mutual agreement of the requesting employee and the evaluator.

A staff member who has received an Informal Growth Plan shall have the right to request an observation(s) or other appropriate help from one (1) or more fellow staff members approved by the evaluator for the purpose of obtaining constructive suggestions to overcome the deficiencies.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.
