Common use of Instructional Framework Clause in Contracts

Instructional Framework. The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. The instructional framework is included in Appendix B-3. If the adopted instructional framework is contrary to or inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail. Upon mutual agreement the parties may negotiate a different OSPI approved instructional framework.
