Insufficient Pay for Deductions. In the event a teacher's salary earnings within any pay period, after deductions for withholding, social security, retirement, health insurance, and other priority deductions, are not sufficient to cover dues, uniform assessments, or TIGER/COPE, it will be the responsibility of the Union to collect its dues and uniform assessments for that pay period directly from the teacher.
