Insufficient Pay for Deductions. In the event an employee's salary earnings within any pay period, after deductions for withholding, social security, retirement, health insurance, and other priority deductions, are not sufficient to cover dues, uniform assessments, or ACTION, it will be the responsibility of the Union to collect its dues and uniform assessments for that pay period directly from the employee.
