Insurance Co-Pays. ‌ The employees will be enrolled in a prescription drug card program. With the prescription drug card, costs for prescription drugs will be $10 for Tier 1 prescriptions, $20 for Tier 2 prescriptions, and $30 for Tier 3 prescriptions, as defined by the health insurance carrier, with these payments up to the in-network maximum out of pocket of $3000 for single plans and $6000 for family plans. The prescription drug card governs the amounts paid for prescription drugs after an employee has met his or her deductible.
