Insurance Credits. Contractor will require that each prospective Subcontractor and each of their Sub-subcontractors prepare their bids and proposals for work on the Project to exclude the cost for any insurance that will be provided under OCIP Insurance. At the time of their bid, each Subcontractor and their Sub-subcontractors are required to complete a warranty statement to certify that as a condition of its contract to perform work at the Project Site, and under penalty of having its contract to perform Work at the Project site terminated that it has removed the cost of any insurance that will be provided under the OCIP from its bid and that there is no duplication in insurance coverage for which reimbursement is being sought. Upon award the warranty statement will become a component part of any contract.

Insurance Credits. Seller shall promptly cause to be paid to the Company any credits or refunds related to prepaid premiums received by Seller or its Affiliates in connection with the removal of the Company from the insurance policies of Seller or its Affiliates.
Insurance Credits. The Contractor will deduct a credit, as specified by the AOC in consultation with the Contractor, from each Subcontract amount and any change order increasing the Subcontract amount, and the Contractor and Subcontractor agree that all insurance charges for any OCIP insurance have been removed from its cost of work and any duplication in insurance coverage will not be reimbursed.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Insurance Coverages The Contractor shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, in a form and content satisfactory to City, during the entire term of this Agreement including any extension thereof, the following policies of insurance which shall cover all elected and appointed officers, employees and agents of City:

  • REINSURANCE COVERAGE Reinsurance under this Agreement will apply to insurance issued by the Ceding Company on the Plans of Insurance shown in Schedule A. Such Plans of Insurance shall be reinsured with the Reinsurer on an automatic basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section A below, or on a facultative basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section B below, or on a facultative obligatory basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section C below. The specifications for all reinsurance under this Agreement are provided in Schedule B.

  • Insurance Benefits Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.

  • Insurance Reserves Lender may require Grantor to maintain with Lender reserves for payment of insurance premiums, which reserves shall be created by monthly payments from Grantor of a sum estimated by Lender to be sufficient to produce, at least fifteen (15) days before the premium due date, amounts at least equal to the insurance premiums to be paid. If fifteen (15) days before payment is due, the reserve funds are insufficient, Grantor shall upon demand pay any deficiency to Lender. The reserve funds shall be held by Lender as a general deposit and shall constitute a non-interest-bearing account which Lender may satisfy by payment of the insurance premiums required to be paid by Grantor as they become due. Lender does not hold the reserve funds in trust for Grantor, and Lender is not the agent of Grantor for payment of the insurance premiums required to be paid by Grantor. The responsibility for the payment of premiums shall remain Grantor's sole responsibility.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.

  • Reinsurance Premiums A. Computation Reinsurance Premiums under this Agreement shall be calculated as described in Exhibit I.
