Insurance Defaults. The County shall have the right, upon 15 calendar days written notice to the Lessee, to terminate this Agreement if the Lessee fails to provide evidence of insurance coverage in strict compliance with Article 11 (Insurance) hereof prior to commencement of operations, or fails to provide a renewal of said evidence upon its expiration; provided, however, that such termination shall not be effective if the Lessee provides the required evidence of insurance coverage within the notice or grace period.

Insurance Defaults. Where Xxxxxx’s default results from failure to provide proof of insurance and Lessee is proceeding with necessary diligence to obtain such proof of insurance, Lessee shall be entitled to an extension of said twenty (20) day cure period, not to exceed however an additional twenty (20) days in which to obtain the required Certificates of Insurance and provide proof of insurance to the BOCC.
