Insurance Hazards. Section 3.02. Lessee shall not commit or permit the commission of any acts on the Premises nor use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will increase the existing rates for or cause the cancellation of any fire, liability, or other insurance policy insuring the Premises or the improvements on the Premises.
Insurance Hazards. Tenant shall neither engage in nor give permission to others to engage in any activity or conduct that will cause the cancellation of or an increase in the premium for any fire or liability insurance maintained by Landlord, and will pay any increase in the fire or liability insurance premiums attributable to Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost, comply with all recommendations of any insurance organization or company pertaining to Tenant’s specific use of the Premises necessary for the maintenance of reasonable fire and public liability insurance covering the Project.
Insurance Hazards. Tenant shall not cause or commit, or permit the commission of, any actions or acts on the Premises, nor use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will increase the existing rates for, or cause the cancellation of, any insurance policy applicable to the Premises, the System, the Permitted Use and/or to Tenant’s operations hereunder.

Tenant must not commit or permit the commission of any acts on the Premises or use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will increase the existing rates for or cause the cancellation of any fire, liability, or other insurance policy insuring the Premises or the improvements on the Premises. Tenant must, at its own cost and expense, comply with any and all requirements of District's insurance carriers necessary for the continued maintenance at reasonable rates of fire and liability insurance policies on the Premises and the improvements on the Premises.
Insurance Hazards. Tenant shall neither engage in nor give permission to others to engage in any activity or conduct that will cause the cancellation of or an increase in the premium for any fire or liability insurance maintained by Landlord, and will pay any increase in the fire or liability insurance premiums attributable to Tenant's use of the Premises. Neither party hereto contemplates that Tenant’s permitted use of the Premises as currently contemplated would or should cause such increase. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost, comply with all recommendations of any insurance organization or company pertaining to Tenant’s specific use of the Premises necessary for the maintenance of reasonable fire and public liability insurance covering the Project.
Insurance Hazards. Lessee shall not use the Rental Space nor permit it to be used in any manner that will cause a cancellation of, or an increase in the existing rates for, fire, liability, or other insurance policies insuring the Lessor for any liability in connection with ownership of the Premises.
Insurance Hazards. No use shall be, or permitted to be, made on the premises, nor act done, which will increase fire insurance rates for the premises, or cause cancellation of any fire insurance policy covering the premises, or any part thereof, nor shall Lessee sell or permit to be sold, kept or used in or about the premises any article which may be prohibited by a standard form of fire insurance policy. Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with any and all requirements pertaining to the premises of any insurance organization or company, necessary for the maintenance of reasonable fire insurance covering the premises.
Insurance Hazards. LESSEE shall not commit nor permit the commission of any acts on said PREMISES nor use or permit the use of said PREMISES in any manner that will increase the existing rates for or cause the cancellation of any fire, liability, or other insurance policy insuring the PREMISES or the improvements to the PREMISES. LESSEE shall, at his/its own cost and expense, comply with any and all requirements of LESSOR’s insurance carriers necessary for the continued maintenance of and reasonable rates for the fire and liability insurance policies of LESSOR for the PREMISES and the improvements to the PREMISES.
Insurance Hazards. Except for the use as provided in Section 6 of ------------------ this Lease, Tenant shall permit no use of the Leased Premises which might render void, or cause the cancellation or rate increase of any insurance carried by Landlord or which would increase the risk of fire or other catastrophe, or which may be a health or safety hazard

LESSEE shall neither engage in, nor permit others to engage in, any activity or conduct that will cause the cancellation of, or increase in premium for, any insurance maintained by LESSOR, and will pay any increase in insurance premiums attributable to LESSEE'S particular use of the leased Premises. LESSEE shall, at LESSEE'S sole expense, comply with all requirements of any insurance organization or company pertaining to the use of the Premises necessary for the maintenance of reasonable fire and public liability insurance covering the building.
