Insurance Requirements of Contractors. The Concessionaire shall require in each contract with any Contractor or subtenant (where such Contractor or subtenant is not covered by the Required Coverages) that such Contractor or subtenant obtain coverages reasonably comparable to the Required Coverages that are reasonably appropriate in their limits and other terms and conditions to the nature of the contract with the Contractor or subtenant. Such coverages shall insure the interests of the City, its employees, elected officials, agents and representatives, the Concessionaire and any other Contractors or subtenants in respect of the applicable work being performed and shall be subject to the same (or comparable) coverage and administrative requirements as are imposed on the Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement. When requested to do so by the City, the Concessionaire shall provide or cause to be provided to the City Certificates of Insurance with respect to such insurance coverages or such other evidence of insurance, acceptable in form and content to the City.

Insurance Requirements of Contractors. With respect to the construction, operation and maintenance of any improvements, Licensee shall require all of its contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other agents to maintain insurance as required by Licensee’s Risk Manager. Such insurance shall include: (a) workers' compensation insurance with statutory limits as required by the Labor Code of the State of California; (b) commercial general liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage using an occurrence policy form, in an amount not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) limit for each occurrence; and (c) automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each accident.

When requested to do so by the University, the Concessionaire shall provide or cause to be provided to the University Certificates of Insurance with respect to such insurance coverages or such other evidence of insurance, as may be reasonably acceptable in form and content to the University.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. General Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate Automobile Liability: $300,000 Includes owned, hired & non‐owned Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits for the jurisdiction in which the Vendor performs under this Agreement. If Vendor performs in multiple jurisdictions, Vendor shall maintain the statutory limits for the jurisdiction with the greatest dollar policy limit requirement.   • Other Insurance Requirements (a) Thirty (30) days’ advance written notice shall be provided to the City of cancellation, intended non-renewal, or reduction in coverages, except for non-payment for which no less than ten (10) days’ notice shall be provided to City. Notices shall be sent to the City address set forth in Section 11.1 entitled “Notices to the Parties.”

  • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement.
