Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if any Indemnified Party notifies Aon on or prior to the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Effective Time of a matter in respect of which such Person may seek indemnification pursuant to this Section 8.4, the provisions of this Section 8.4 shall continue in effect with respect to such matter until the final disposition of all claims, actions, investigations, suits and proceedings relating thereto.
