Common use of Insurance Waiver Option Clause in Contracts

Insurance Waiver Option. Bargaining unit members who provide proof of insurance from another source may be allowed to withdraw from the MSD-SIP. Members who choose to withdraw shall receive a district contribution of two hundred dollars ($200) per month that will be included in their payroll.
