Integrated Logistic Support. The contractor shall plan and conduct an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program, which shall govern the management of the ILS effort. The ILS effort shall be conducted as an integral part of the development and integration process to define the range and depth of the required support, and address all applicable and related elements of logistics. The contractor shall designate an ILS Manager who shall possess sufficient authority to manage, direct, execute and control all ILS elements of the contract.

  • ONLINE LINGUISTIC SUPPORT 6.1. The participant must carry out the OLS language assessment before and at the end of the mobility period. The completion of the online assessment before departure is a pre-requisite for the mobility, except in duly justified cases.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”).   • Service Support In accordance with an agreed upon Statement of Work and SLA, the Services may include Service Provider’s standard customer support services (the "Support Services") in accordance with the Service Provider’s service support schedule then in effect, available at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/msa (or a successor website address) or as otherwise set out in the applicable Statement of Work or SLA (the "Support Schedule"). Service Provider may amend the Support Schedule from time to time in its sole discretion. Customer may purchase enhanced support services (“Expertise on Demand”) separately at Service Provider’s then current rates, or as otherwise agreed upon in respect of such Expertise on Demand services.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency.
