Integrated Properties. 9.1 COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS. Subject to the terms of Article XIII relating to permitted contests, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply with all applicable Legal Requirements (including without limitation all Environmental Laws (except as set forth in Section 15.2)) and all Insurance Requirements relating to the Properties, (b) procure, maintain and comply with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the acquisition, installation, testing, use, development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and restoration of the Properties and (c) comply with all manufacturer's specifications and standards, including without limitation the acquisition, installation, testing, use, development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and restoration of the Properties, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in any Property or interfere with the use and enjoyment of any Property, unless the failure to procure, maintain and comply with such items identified in subparagraphs (b) and (c), individually or in the aggregate, shall not have and could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Lessor agrees to take such actions as may be reasonably requested by Lessee in connection with the compliance by Lessee of its obligations under this Section 9.1.
