Integrity and Financial Responsibility. Each Related Client will act with integrity and alert the management of ExED to any fraudulent activity which is reasonably related to the Services as soon as the Related Client becomes aware, to the extent permitted by law. Related Client acknowledges that ExED’s ability to provide Services is premised upon the Related Client acting in a financially prudent manner.
