Common use of INTEGRITY OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRITY OF AGREEMENT. ‌ This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the parties with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment or other conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term hereof and any matters or subjects not herein covered have been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, neither the City nor the Union shall be required to negotiate on any other subjects set forth in this Agreement unless mutually agreed by both parties. Should any provision of this Agreement be found to be inoperative, void or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Union and the City shall immediately meet and renegotiate the provision. All other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement.
