Intellectual Property Developed by Express Agreement. Where the College and the Adjunct member have entered into an express written agreement pertaining to the development, use, access, ownership, or marketing of material, whether individually owned, institutionally owned, or jointly owned, that agreement shall govern how the income generated from the property, if any, shall be divided between the Adjunct member and the College.
